Dustin Schifano
I have been a NCEP certified personal trainer for 7 years as well as in the fitness industry. I attended Cal State Long Beach where I completed advanced courses in Physiology and Nurtrition while I was pursuing my business degree. I specialize in sports conditioning, weight loss, body building, and nutrition counseling. I have worked in some well respected gyms such as L.A. Fitness where I ran the personal training department. Since leaving, I started my own personal training business which I have been successful at helping all ages and levels of clients attain there fitness goals.

Helen Villareal
Helen Villareal can sympathize with people who struggle to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. 12 years ago she made the decision to start working out and change her outlook on nutrition. After tipping the scales at almost 210 pounds, Helen lost almost 80 pounds and has managed, through working out and healthy eating, to keep it off.
“I’ve been there!!” says Helen, “I know the struggles, the temptations, the hidden dangers, but it can be done. I am proof of that.” After adopting new eating habits, Helen immersed herself in not just working out but full-contact kickboxing, Tai Chi Jitsu and Lima Lama. Not only did she practice these disciplines, she persevered. She became a kickboxing instructor under Al Gonzales, a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tai Chi Jitsu under Soke Great Grand Master Fredrick Peterson (one of only two women in California to hold that belt) and hold a Purple Belt in Lima Lama under Master Richard Nunez.
While earning these honors, Helen began to use her knowledge of nutrition and training programs to begin personal training her own clients at Max Muscle in Whittier, CA. Eventually, she earned her Certified Personal Training degree through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association, a world-wide recognized leader in personal training and fitness. Helen has also trained at Fitness City in Los Angeles, CA, John the Bodyman gym in Brea, CA and Hardcore Training Company in La Mirada, CA. She currently trains out of United Mixed Martial Arts in La Mirada where she is able to incorporate her love of martial arts into some of her training programs. “Some of my female clients are a little reluctant at first to put boxing gloves on and learn punches and kicks but once I show the proper form and technique, they love it!” Helen has trained a wide array of clients from high school students to doctors to members of Los Angeles County Sheriffs and Los Angeles Police Officers.
Not only does Helen train clients, she also conducts boot camp classes and cardio kickboxing classes. “My desire to see my clients achieve their health and fitness goals are what drives me to do all I can for them. To motivate them, encourage them, instruct them and be there for them is what being a personal trainer is all about.”

Michael Villareal
“I provide training that fits your lifestyle!” These are the words that describe Michael Villareal’s goal in providing the best personal training possible. “I want everyone that comes in the doors of our gym to say at the end of their workout, ‘I can’t wait to come back!’”
Michael has been involved in athletics almost his entire life. Growing up in Southern California provided a climate of different sports in which Michael took part of. Soccer, Basketball, Football, Swimming, Golf, Baseball & Softball … if it was considered a sport, Michael played it. Michael was involved in sports all throughout high school and continued playing basketball and football while attending the University of Southern California.
Michael began seriously working out about 10 years ago just to try and put on size. “I’m a hard-gainer; it has always been tough for me to put muscle on. Once I started reading and studying about the body, I experimented with different routines and techniques in order to make my body grow.” Michael also realized that if he could transform his own physique maybe he could help others as well. Michael passed his personal training exam and is now a Certified Personal Trainer through N.E.S.T.A., the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association, a world-wide recognized leader in the personal training field.
Michael trains clients of all ages and with different fitness goals, from beginners looking to get in shape and improve their overall wellness to advanced athletes and mixed martial arts fighters preparing to advance to the next level. He specializes in sport-specific training and trains high school and college level athletes. He also teaches boot camp classes, cardio kickboxing classes and plyometrics. He is experienced in Muy Thai Kickboxing, MMA and holds a purple belt in Lima Lama under Master Richard Nunez.
“The satisfaction I get when I see one of my clients breakthrough a plateau, whether it’s a new maximum lift or another inch off their mid-section is unbelievable.” Michael views his job as guiding his clients along their own personal fitness path. “I don’t work for the gym … I work for my client. Together, we will be able to achieve all of your fitness goals.”
