
Youth MMA Classes
This class is a co-ed, fast paced, high energy, fun way to learn Mixed Martial Arts. Warm-up with sprints, jump rope, footwork drills, and more. We practice Jui-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, takedowns, submissions, and sparring. Protective gear is mandatory for this class. There are multiple instructors who are more than willing to help you along the way. MMA is also a great way to get in shape, improve your strength, conditioning, and personal saftey skills.
