Kickboxing

This is a co-ed class. Although it is structured more for the beginner, it is open to everyone. Class consists of stretches, conditioning drills, working out on the heavy bags, developing punches and kicks, combinations, blocking, self-defense, and light controlled sparring with minimum contact to give a realistic atmosphere to your training. This class also incorporates Muay Thai (clinch, knees, elbows). Shin guards
and boxing gloves are required (available at our facility). Nobody is here to knock out or hurt anyone. A great class for the beginner to learn kickboxing, get in shape, and learn self-defense, while the more advanced can keep up their skills and stay in shape.
