Cardio Kickboxing is a high energy, explosive, exciting and motivating class. It is the greatest non-contact workout ever! This class is for everyone-beginning to advanced. We have incorporated low impact warm-ups, stretching, heavy bag work ( kicking and punching), sit-ups, lunges, squats. Class is held in a large room with a padded low impact floor. This class along with our boot-camp class is a perfect combination to tone up fast, we guarantee results! No more boring treadmills or gyms.
