Body Works/Crossfit Camp

This class is geared for toning up – between our cardio kick,body works, and Crossfit Camp workouts we guarantee results in three months. In this class you will work your entire body by using lightweights, resistant bands, yoga, plyometrics, core strengthening, medicine balls, balance balls and more. This class is also structured for the beginner to advanced. This class is great for MEN and WOMEN. Come in and have a fun exciting workout. We go for results!
